Cat-Cow Flow

This week’s yoga pose is: Cat-Cow Flow

Instructions: Start on your hands and knees with a neutral pelvis

Cat: drop tailbone and arch back while lifting navel and dropping head

Cow: lift tailbone and sit bones while allowing navel to drop, then return to cat

Lift shoulders away from hands throughout
